Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Maven Rods USA are shipped either manufacturer-direct from New Zealand or from our US distribution center.
Shipping will be via Fedex, UPS, DHL, or similar expedited shipping service. Shipping charges are determined based on number of rods during the check-out process.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
Every Maven rod is handcrafted with precision, care, and uncompromising attention to detail. To ensure the highest standard of quality, please allow 4–5 weeks for production, plus approximately 1 week for delivery.
We understand the anticipation that comes with travel plans and new gear, but we do not rush excellence. Superior craftsmanship takes time, and we refuse to cut corners, so please order well in advance of upcoming trips. Our commitment is to deliver a rod that performs flawlessly and reflects the pride we put into every build. During peak periods or holidays, build times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
If you’ve selected custom personalization - such as a name or message on your rod - please allow up to 6–8 weeks for delivery. This extended timeframe reflects the additional craftsmanship involved in creating something uniquely yours.
Please note: Personalized rods are made to order and are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing all customization details carefully before submitting your order.
Once your rod ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
