Repairs & Returns
Sales receipt or proof of purchase required for repairs within the guarantee period and all returns.
To initiate a repair or return, please first contact us for return approval.
Ship the complete damaged rod in a disposable container such as a cardboard box, prepaid and insured along with a check or money-order for $20 to cover return shipping and handling for each claim in the U.S.
Repairs within the guarantee period for manufacturing defects will be at no charge. Damage from other causes or for repairs outside of the guarantee period, repair fees may apply.
In the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty, or not up to our high quality standards, you may return the item to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your item.
If a refund is issued it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, minus the original shipping cost.
Maven is not able to refund customs duties or taxes on orders charged to the customer by local governments. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
